At Nikki Mitchell Photography we understand your privacy is important and will treat any personal information you provide us as confidential. It will only be used and recorded in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and we promise to look after your personal information and will not sell any information about you to any other party.

Email addresses taken as part of the consultation or ordering process, on school photo order forms and when accessing Pixieset galleries are used for queries relating to those shoots only, no further marketing will be sent and emails will not be shared with third parties.

Images are stored on a password protected computer and external harddrives. These images are held indefinitely unless I receive a request to delete, to act as a back up should copies purchased be damaged or lost. There is no guarantee of image retrieval after 1 year. Galleries following shoots and school/nursery photo days are shared via password protected galleries using the site Pixieset. Once orders have been taken these galleries are deleted. Images are only shared publically online with prior permission from the person in the photo or, in the case of a minor, their parent/guardian.
